- Possible to apply to the programs worth less than 10 million USD when it is considered that offset trade is needed

- More than 30% - 50% of expected payment amount
- Securing of the technology necessary for projects for the improvement of defense capability
- Securing of logistic support capability for the purchase of weapons systems
- Participation in the development and manufacture of weapons systems manufactured in the country of the contracting party
- The export of munitions, such as defense materials
- Securing of maintenance materials for the weapons systems from the country of the contracting party

When an offset program project whose minimum application ratio is equal to or more than fifty(50) percent, the following are eligible for offset activities
- Export of the recommended commercial items for indirect offset
